We want you to have more money in your pocket - not in the government's coffers. We help you with the 4% application and we're happy answer any questions along the way.
We help you for free. There is no charge for guidance. The application process is relatively simple and we strongly suggest that you do it yourself. If you prefer that we do the work for you, then we charge 30% of the refund. For example, if your tax refund is $3000, then our contingency fee is $1000. There is never an upfront charge. No refund - no cost to you.
Yes - there is a time limit. The county will refund only the most recent two years of overpayment.
It takes about eight weeks from the date of application to receive your check from the county.
